Bream in the oven: recipe

Cooking fish in the oven as a whole is the easiest way, as you only need to prepare the products and send them to be baked.

To begin, be sure to carve the carcass: wash, clean, cut off the fins, gills, open the belly and remove all internal organs, as well as large bones. Before cooking, rinse the fish again under running water to remove all the mucus.

It requires the following ingredients:

  • carcass – 1 kg;
  • onions – 2-3 pcs .;
  • potatoes – 4-6 pieces;
  • carrots – 2 pcs .;
  • tomatoes (it is better to take cherry tomatoes) – 6-8 pieces;
  • olive or vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l;
  • lemon – 1 pc .;
  • spices for fish and salt to taste.

First of all, it is important to trim the fish – remove all the giblets, gills and fins, be sure to clean the scales. For the marinade take the juice of a lemon, which is rubbed on the carcass, put a few slices inside. However, you can use another marinade (so that the bones were not noticeable, it is better to use vinegar).While bream soaked, it is necessary to prepare vegetables. Finely chop the onions into half rings, potato into slices, and grate carrots on a coarse grater or chop into small cubes. Tomatoes need only be cut in half, as they are small.

  • medium-fat sour cream – 200 g;
  • flour – 4 tbsp. l;
  • onions – 2-3 pcs .;
  • butter – 70 g;
  • spices and salt – on a pinch.

  • rice – 200 g;
  • onions – 2-3 pcs .;

  • vegetable oil – 5 tbsp. l;
  • fatty mayonnaise – 100 g;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • salt and spices to taste.

The carcass of the bream is cut in the usual way, dried with napkins and rubbed with spices with salt, then laid for some time. We need to start preparing vegetables and rice. It should only be rinsed thoroughly. Chopped onions and carrots are fried in a pan until golden brown. Next, washed rice is sent to this mixture and fried for about 5 minutes, adding your favorite spices.

The last step in preparing the ingredients is pouring hot water over the rice so that it covers the product by 1-1.5 cm. You need to cook until all the water has evaporated. Make small cuts on the fish in advance and put a small piece of butter there, it is also allowed to use lemon. After cooling the rice with vegetables, you should fill the bream and close the incision with toothpicks. Heat the oven to 180-200 degrees, place a fish smeared with mayonnaise in it.
