Bream baked in a closed way

A juicier dish is entirely in foil with olive oil and garlic. It is not required to marinate in advance, so the cooking process takes less time. It is recommended to choose bream up to 0.5 kg, so that he has time to bake.

To cook fish in foil in the oven you need:

  • bream, weighing about 300-450 g;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar 9%;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • salt, spices and herbs to taste.

Before cooking, turn on the oven (heat to 190 degrees) and make a simple sauce: mix the chopped garlic with olive oil, lemon, add seasonings, vinegar and carefully move. Prepared mixture should be rubbed on a prepared bream. Cover the glass or metal dishes with foil, lay the carcass in it and pour over the rest of the sauce. It is important to wrap the foil tightly so that the fragrance does not come out. Baking bream in the oven takes about 20 minutes, to get a golden crust on top you need to open the foil and leave it in the oven for 5-10 minutes.

Additional products will require:

  • 7-10 medium sized potatoes;
  • 3 onions;
  • 4-5 tablespoons sour cream;
  • 1 small bunch of dill;
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;
  • spices for fish, black pepper and salt to taste.

As mentioned earlier, the fish must be prepared: clean, gut, cut off the head, wash and dry, and then cut into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, as preparing the dish for baking does not take much time. Potatoes are also peeled and cut into medium slices (no more than 1.5 cm wide), onions are cut into half rings. Baking should be covered with foil, put potatoes on an even layer and sprinkle with spices.
