Taco Tuesday’s– Elk Tacos for the Win!

COMPONENTS

  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle Chile pepper
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Beer (ideally Tecate with lime)

DIRECTIONS 1) Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and also garlic clove in a frying pan over medium warmth. Include ground elk and chef until meat starts to brownish.
