The purpose of these bi-annual meetings are truly multifaceted. During this time, we sit down with our shareholders, execute trainings for our camp managers and cooks, and hold a CPR/Wilderness response training.
Every two years we bring the WHOLE crew together and let us tell you, it’s a fun time. Fun, but serious time. We bring all of our guides, camp managers, cooks, office crew and any of their plus ones that want to attend to Casper, Wyoming for a long weekend.
We hope that you enjoy the photo recap from the weekend!
Thursday evening kicked off the weekend with a dinner for all of our shareholders in SNS Outfitter & Guides. Laughs were not lacking here!
Friday we kicked off the morning with a shareholders meeting, and a few presentations about our 2018 goals and initiatives. We brought the afternoon into session with a managers meeting, here we discuss challenges of the past years, how to resolve moving forward, best way to take photos in the field, and any regulation changes that have happened since the last hunting season.
Friday was wrapped up by a welcome party to all of our employees at the Wyoming Gun Company, this facility is absolutely amazing and they were phenomenal hosts to us. Our entire crew enjoyed the night filled with target practice, either with a pistol or a rifle and just overall great company!
Saturday started bright and early, for better or worse for some of the crew, but we had to get busy with CPR. We had Air Idaho come in and talk about backcountry / wilderness safety and medical training.
Every two years we get our guides CPR certified and ready for what may come in the seasons ahead. Big thanks for Air Idaho for coming in and covering many topics we do not usually think about and getting our guides ready for the upcoming season!
We closed out Saturday with our appreciation banquet. This is where the fun really happens, we celebrate victories, laugh at moments that embarrass our crew and simply appreciate the company / crew / family that we’ve built here at SNS. Without this team we wouldn’t be where we’re at today!
