Spawning ban in the Rostov region in 2018

Spawning ban is divided into several stages. In different water bodies there are certain rules of fishing.

The spring spawning prohibition in 2018 in the waters of the Rostov region

It is worth noting that spawning bans are classified in accordance with the type of water bodies and their biological value to the ecosystem of the region.

So there are restrictions on fisheries:

• From 15 November to 31 March on the wintering pits;
• In the spawning-rybhozah (bypass) channels of the waterworks;
• Within the established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation protected areas exclusion of hydraulic structures and bridges;
• On the channels of spawning-outgrown farms, with the exception of channels or parts thereof, provided for the organisation of Amateur and sports fishery;
• In the sea of Azov, the Kerch Strait and the Taganrog Bay – a distance of over 1.5 km from the shore.

Wintering holes of the Rostov region

From 15 November to 31 March on the wintering pits, according to the Order of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia from 09.06.2015 N 234 in the water objects of the Rostov region have fisheries value. Here is the list of wintering holes of the Rostov region:

From March 1 to may 31, 2018 in the Rostov region fishing is forbidden in the following areas:

• In the tributaries of the Seversky Donets river: the river Kundruchya (from the mouth to the Prokhorov dam); the Bystraya river (from the mouth to administrative border of settlement Zhirnov); the Kalitva river (from the mouth to administrative border of village of lytvynivka);
• On the site of the Seversky Donets river from Ust-bystrianskaya the pier to prospect terminal;

From 1 April to 31 may:

• In the Aksay river from flowing into it by the rivers Tuzlov, Grushevka and Eric Karaić, with Makhinskiy Cherkasy river estuary, the river koysug;
• In the Dead Donets river from the train station Hapry to the mouth, Eric Thorn, Sandy and Nizhegorodka;
• At a distance of less than 500 m from a road (related to highways of Federal value) and railway bridges located on all non-navigable rivers of the Azov-black sea fishery pool;
• Wet Chemburka – from the mouth to the farm Ushkino;
• In veselivs’ke reservoir in gullies Jidkova, Small and Big Sadovka, Sago, Casinova in the area of the Islands is a Paddling pool and Mitrofanovskoe and in Grekova Balka, near the island of Great;
• In the Taganrog Bay, from the village to the village Margaritovka Novomargaritovo, as well as into the Gulf for 1.5 km;
• Before arm Miusskaya estuary – a distance of 2.5 km from the arm in both directions.

From may 1 to June 1 in tsimlyanskoye water reservoir:

• from the dam Tsimlyanskaya hydroelectric power station to the railway bridge near the farm of the Spoons, with the exception of extraction (catch) of water bioresources of one float or bottom fishing rod with one hook per person, spinning from the shore without the use of all types of ships and floating means;

From September 1 to June 15 – with the use of spinners on the river don: from the water intake of Semikarakorsk cannery to the upper end of the island Razdorskaya.

With asplenia ice to 30 June – on the river Manych – from the mouth to the restricted space of the Ust-Manych dam.

From April 15 to June 15 is prohibited the fishing of vimba.

From 15 November to 31 March – ubiquitous on inland waters to carry out underwater hunting.

Don forbidden space includes all natural waters inside the boundary walking:

• from the starting point at the intersection of Meridian 39°04’08” W. D. North shore of Taganrog Bay,
• along the Northern shore to the mouth of the river Dead Donets,
• on the right Bank of the river Donets Dead before the first railway bridge to the West of the station Morocco,
• further, a straight line to the beginning of Erik drums (2),
• on the left Bank Erik drums to the separation of Erika Kabachnyj,
• on the right Bank Erik Kabachnyj to its confluence with the Big Mess (3),
• further, a straight line on the left Bank of the river a Big Mess to the point below 400 m Tony Kazachka (4),
• next, on the left Bank of the river a Big Mess to secede from R. Tower (5),
• further, a straight line South-West outskirts of the farm Donskoy (6),
• next, in a straight line at Peshkovsky dam (7),
• then to the point of intersection of parallel 47°01’38” N. lat. the East coast of Taganrog Bay,
• further along the southern shore of the Taganrog Bay to the tip of the Pavlo-Ochakovskaya spit (8), which in a straight line to the starting point.

The ban on catching cancer in the Rostov region for the year 2018:

• 1 January-14 June – cancer freshwater in water bodies of the Rostov region (excluding the basin of the river Manych and Tsimlyanskoe reservoir);
• 1 January-15 September – cancer freshwater in tsimlyanskoye water reservoir.
